Re: Magic Faraway Tree set for cinema?
Has there been any update on this series coming to the big screen? It seems to have gone awfully quiet sadly.

Maybe not classic, but they're certainly valuable, especially the rarer editions https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-s ... e-54523938

Soon Julian felt rather better,
When he received a letter
He said, with a grin...
(my) gosh! what a win.

RIP Eddie Van Halen
Died at the age of 65 after a long battle with cancer. Probably best known for the hit single 'Jump' in the 1980's.

Re: Football
You had to make the change, once a manager has lost his way it's incredibly rare for them to recover, and I still think the damage that the end of last season caused is weighing on the minds of your players, a fresh start is what they need and Hughton will provide that, his record at getting teams p...

Re: Football
I wouldn't normally mention the early rounds of the FA Cup, however it caught my eye that Whyteleafe won 3-1 away to Burnham (who play in Buckinghamshire).
The obvious Blyton connection couldn't be ignored, so I had to give them some credit, good luck to them in the next round.

Re: Football
The good news for Eddie is the Baggies next game is at home to Burnley, and we haven't even got a point yet, so that's a 6 pointer if ever I saw one.

Re: Football
Wednesday should have seen that game out, but it happens sometimes in football. Forest have to change the coach, they can't buy a win right now. Everton are in blistering form, and that James Rodriguez is the signing of the summer, Pickford needs replacing ASAP though, he messed up again today, and ...

Re: Malory Towers TV series
I haven't watched it yet, although if I get some spare time I'll try and view it on Iplayer, I generally don't like watching programmes on my laptop, but it's the only available method right now. I find it interesting in you describing the target audience as wholly young girls, I've no doubt the you...

Re: ColorQuiz is a free five minute personality test
Just did this, I couldn't see an obvious difference in many of the colours, and as others have stated they were all pretty dark.
Results were accurate in some instances, but way off in others.

Which FF books would be the most suitable for a film?
We all know that Treasure Island, and Mystery To Solve have been given the full length treatment. My 2 choices that would adapt well to a longer viewing are. Five Go To Smuggler's Top. Five Go To Mystery Moor. Both those are very atmospheric Blyton books, and in my opinion would make ideal movies, A...
