I'm puzzled how someone altered mine!! ;-)
'Oh voice of Spring of Youth
hearts mad delight,
Sing on, sing on, and when the sun is gone
I'll warm me with your echoes
through the night.'

Back on topic, did anyone say how much the printed letter the lady found is actually worth?

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Thanks Rob.
Amazing to think how much news interest an item worth so little can generate!

My dad was very pleased to have spotted the story in the newspaper and proudly presented the torn out article to me the last time I was over there. I had to say yes, I had already seen the story and no, it wasn't accurate. But somehow I still ended up taking it home and now it's sitting in the living room for no reason at all.
"It's the ash! It's falling!" yelled Julian, almost startling Dick out of his wits...
"Listen to its terrible groans and creaks!" yelled Julian, almost beside himself with impatience.
