Except the £215 copy one back in May 2017! The most pristine copy that I have ever laid my eyes on!
Now we know the reason it went beyond £200! The scarce book in pristine condition.

Not quite so hard, Pete. But not all that easy either!!
they are a 'bit' cheaper though - I got my Very Good copy of The Secret of the Old Mill for £16 on eBay in 2016.

I wouldn't be so sure about hen's teeth being scarce. Some scientists are playing with the DNA of birds (hens included) and they already found the trigger to let them grow teeth again.

I have a pdf copy of At Seaside Cottage 1947 edition and at current prices it looks like that's the way it's going to stay!!!!
