OK, it is just what I say, how do I get an avatar? I have a nice one from Google Images, but it is oversized and I need a bit of help with it....

but that is 300 * 454.... so how do I resize it? And even after I do... how do I get it on EBS?

It's a while since I've done anything like that, but Fiona's post on another thread should be of help:
Once you've resized the image you go to "User Control Panel", then "Profile", then "Edit Avatar". You'll be able to upload your avatar there.Fiona1986 wrote:To resize:

There should then be a resize option. Usually you can choose to resize by a certain percentage or to a certain size.

If you're using paint, the size is displayed in the bottom right corner. Just select the whole image by pressing CTRL+A and then click a corner to resize it keeping an eye on the size display.

Silly me, the picture just comes up! Just use square brackets instead of the round ones I have used to illustrate this:
