hi , i`d love a red badge and would be great to have some for members . could we have a badge / hope so ,sueTony Summerfield wrote:We did have Society badges, first a white one and then a red one.Fiona1986 wrote:Either way, as far as I know, sadly there are no badges. There totally should be though. Little badges with EBS on them would be lovely. Hint hint!
The badges were in the shape of the Society logo, the coloured backgrounds are just there to make it easier to see them.
I sold them for 50p, but the last one I saw for sale went for £30 on ebay!

Regarding badges, why isn't there an official Famous Five Club any-more?? Does anyone know?

Lack of interest probably. Many such things have gone the way of the dodo. Largely thanks to the internet making them obsolete I would imagine.pete9012S wrote:Regarding badges, why isn't there an official Famous Five Club any-more?? Does anyone know?

Re: Badge
I think at the very least we should all have a badge with our name on it when we meet up as I'm terrible at remembering names of people I've even just met.
I hate not being able to recall their name and look like a fool for not remembering it - even if I am!
A badge with your own name shouldn't be too hard to purchase - or even a post it note with your name in Biro would serve the same function...

What an intelligent young woman. I wonder what happened to her? Sue, Madhulika only lasted 10 days, and hasn't looked in since June 2009, so don't hold your breath for the postal order.madhulika wrote:you are right Moonraker,
