Plymouth Exhibition

Post by Julie2owlsdene »

As Anita mentioned here is the thread for the exhibition which will be held in Plymouth. I of course will go as it is near to Cornwall, just over the Tamar Bridge.

John is hoping to go in July, so is anyone else wanting to join is in July. Not sure of the date yet.

If possible I would like to go but it would depend upon the date chosen.

I shall be in Devon from the weekend of the 11th July. Perhaps if we could arrange something for that week. I am already meeting up with Nigel, Julie and Cathy for a meal on the Tuesday. It would be great if a few more could get to Plymouth.

Okay, so Sunday I think will be out, as John would have only just arrived for his holiday the day before. And the Tuesday is out, that's the 14th, as John has mentioned, we'll be piging out in the pub by the canal, probably debating who we're going to chuck in!

Any thoughts on the Thursday 16th?

Why would your car break down!

I don't mind whenever really, but if John is only there in Devon for a week, he hasn't got much choice. Doesn't matter for me, a quick trip over the Tamar and I'm in foreign lands!

It looks like we will be in the West Country from Saturday 11 to 14 July. Monday 13th would be good for me. How would that suit everyone?

I couldn't do the Monday, Sally, as I'll be travelling back home from Dorset on the Tuesday, going via Exeter, for the meet up with John, Nigel and Cathy.

So I guess a Thursday or a Friday would be better for me.

Re: Exeter Meet-Up

Julie and John have mentioned a meet-up, which might have confused some of you. Although this has been arranged on another forum, several Blyton forummers are hoping to attend. July 14 at the Double Locks in Exeter at lunchtime. All are welcome!
