I've only tasted tongue once, when I bought some 'offcuts' from Tesco's deli counter (they put all the left-overs of sliced meats into a bowl and sell it cheap, so you are not entirely sure what you are getting). I recognised it as tongue and decided to give it a try but wasn't all that taken. The only other offal I have tried (knowingly) is liver and kidney and I don't like either of those.
