Hello Amy - a beautiful letter. The Naughtiest Girl books are indeed a very amusing and enjoyable series. Enid Blyton wrote four of these (The Naughtiest Girl in the School/The Naughtiest Girl Again/The Naughtiest Girl is Monitor/Here's the Naughtiest Girl) and to make the series 10, Anne Digby wrote six more Naughtiest Girl books in 1999 and 2000 which you might be interested in when you have finished Enid's original series. Enid Blyton also wrote some other school stories, perhaps for readers a little older than this series, but brilliant. There are the Malory Towers books (six in the series) and the St. Clare's books (also six in the series), all of which you can find in local bookshops such as WHSmiths and Waterstones.

A lovely letter, Amy! I hope Elizabeth Allen hasn't inspired you to get up to any mischief at school! She's one of my favourite Enid Blyton characters as she's lively, interesting and good at heart, even though she can be impulsive and is spoilt and defiant when she first comes to Whyteleafe.
