I have come by a digital album of some of the tracks, most of them are on it, not all.
If anyone would like to hear, PM me.

If it's the RT 123 one that's my old compilation. I plan to update it with the 50+ tracks listed above soon.

Hi. I downloaded each file and tried opening it with VLC but it's not working. Any ideas?

Thanks

The one file is opened with WinRAR (free download) and then the mp3s should play on iTunes and other players.

Thanks very much for this! I hope the link still works.

I recognise some of the titles listed as I have collected some of the tracks already, however there are still some particular pieces I am searching for, namely the rock guitar-oriented pieces from 'Five go Adventuring Again'.

EDIT: The links are dead! :( Could they please be re-hosted? Thanks in advance.

Handy list- cheers. Are you continuing with it? I did some episodes in the past but lost the document.
BTW- the link to the two comps is back up if you follow previous link.

Hi there, yeah sorry I've been busy lately but will get back to it soon. I intend to do this for all the episodes.

Thank you so much for re-uploading the links! It will come in handy with identifying more of the tracks in each episode.

EDIT: I've downloaded both files and all songs are playing great! Thanks again!

Alas, there are still some tracks missing. I recall two guitar-based 'rock tracks' from 'Five go Adventuring Again', very "Bruton-esque". The first is a slowly building anxious guitar riff, little stabs that slowly rise to build the anticipation. I think it's where they were sneaking in the study at night.

The second has a distorted guitar with a flanger effect whose notes are rising and falling, as a rhythm part underneath the lead trumpet fanfare-like melody. It is playing while the photographers are chasing the Five through the secret way. It's amusing how the sound of the stone door being slid sideways becomes part of the music (like a 'call & answer" thing). When George sets Timmy on them, the guitar breaks into its own little lead part, and sounds heavily processed, almost like an old Rockman (think of the 80s Boston guitar sound, but before it came out). The lead trumpet comes back in while Timmy scares the photographers and they get stuck in the small gap of the secret passage.

I just thought of another track not included- the ghostly eerie "whistling" track where in 'Billycock Hill' the Five and Toby explore the Old Hall to find Cousin Jeff.

I pretty much have a full set of Brutons and am happy to go looking again. If anyone can upload mp3's of missing tracks I'll have a look. I wonder if they used any outside of the Bruton library.
