Help with a title of a book set in a boarding school

Can anyone help me with the title of a book? I read it several times as a child and I want to buy it for my son. It maybe part of a collection of short stories. It's about 3 friends (I think) who go to boarding school, one boy is called Hugh and another called Rollo (I think)! Thanks in advance if anyone can help

I think you are referring to Mischief at St Rollo's. Enid originally wrote it under the name Mary Pollock: it's a standalone book, but there is a few omnibuses which contain the story and a few others which were originally written under the pseudonym.

Yes, you can buy a second hand copy of this book from Ebay titled Adventure Stories. Two books in one.
Mischief at St Rollo's and The Children of Kidillin.
