Because of the circus and the chimpanzee, even I think that it really is from Five Go Off in a Caravan.... :)

The passage, which was turned suddenly to the left and then, instead of, upward to go, ran directly. He came to a sudden end at another door -- strong a this times, verziert with large nails. It had turned a handle on the exterior in the form of a large iron ring, and * it.

I translated it into German and then back again... :)

The * means that is a name of a character which I of course won't reveal.

No clues, by the way. Do you hear that, Adventure?! :lol: :twisted:
