Re: Who Played This Trick?
Correct on all points.
As for the ventriloquism trick, Fatty tried it first on Bets when she was keeping him company after his illness, then he tried it on Goon, first in the house on Holly lane, then in the café.

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Re: Who Played This Trick?
Hmmm, don't have either Strange Bundle or Holly Lane on hand, though I know I've read them both years ago, so I can't confirm! Maybe one of our resident Find-Outers experts can throw light on the question.

As Courtenay points out - the VERY first time Fatty tried ventriloquism, was in Strange Bundle when Bets visited him.

Re: Who Played This Trick?
Antoniette tried to get back at Angela and played tricks like putting shoe cream on their toast, and cleaning Angela's shoes with her very expensive face cream

Re: Who Played This Trick?
That's in one of the Pamela Cox fill-ins, isnt it! I believe only one girl turned up and then they swapped over for a while until they were found out. I forget the details now and why they did it in the first place.
