Well, that is difficult. But I like Bil a bit more...

Bill Smugs/Cunningham
or
Miss Grayling (Headmistress Malory Towers)?
Bill: "I don't know what to say. You're only kids — but you're the finest company of friends anyone could have. You know the meaning of loyalty already, and even if you're scared you don't give up. I'm proud to have you for my friends."

Two good characters but Bill is still the more interesting and exciting of the pair.

Bill or Aunt fanny?

I'd still say Bill. Aunt Fanny is nice but not adventurous.

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Fatty because he's funny. I like funny people. People that can make me laugh, not hot-tempered, mild-mannered, easy going but down to earth(unlike Fatty!).

Fatty or Peter?

It's got to be Fatty. Peter was just too bossy too often!

Jack Arnold - I don't like Fatty, he is too full of himself sometimes for me

Jack Arnold
or
Jack Trent?
Bill: "I don't know what to say. You're only kids — but you're the finest company of friends anyone could have. You know the meaning of loyalty already, and even if you're scared you don't give up. I'm proud to have you for my friends."

Jack Trent. Actually I like them both but Jack trent remains my all time favourite Blyton character. I think he'll be hard to beat so I'll have to find him a suitable opponent. Ah yes...

Jack Trent or Philip Mannering?

Ooooooooh. Very hard competition, as you say, Lucky Star. But I'll pick Jack because I love his obsession with birds, his protectiveness of Lucy-Ann and, of course, Kiki.

Jack Trent or Julian Kirrin?

Jack Trent by far. I think Julian is too over protective and a bit too bossy. On the other hand Jack loves animals and I love his personality! :D

Jack Trent - he looks after Lucy-Ann and he isn't as full of himself as Fatty

Jack Trent

Peggy (Secret Series)?
