So hoist up the John B's sail,
See how the mainsail sets,
Call for the captain ashore
Let me go home.
Let me go home,
I wanna go home, yeah, yeah.
Well, I feel so broke up,
I wanna go home.

Anita's song -

'In the Navy!
Noddy sails the seven seas,
In the Navy!
Will he get shipwrecked? Yes please!
In the Navy, in the Navy!

In the Navy!
he'll be stranded on an isle,
In the Navy!
With a hungry crocodile
In the Navy, in the Navy! :-D etc
'Oh voice of Spring of Youth
hearts mad delight,
Sing on, sing on, and when the sun is gone
I'll warm me with your echoes
through the night.'

(E. Blyton, Sunday Times, 1951)

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Anita's song - II
Imagine there's no Noddy
It's easy if you try
No Toytown below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the little people
Living for today... Aha-ah...

Imagine there's no Toy Village
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to mend or sew for
And no Goblins, too
Imagine all the Skittles
Living life in peace...

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you and Mr.Plod will join us
And the world will be as one..

Much as I enjoyed the Blytovision Song Contest entries, I thought they were maybe a bit too long for a caption. It still came down to a choice between Rob and Pete, though. Therefore, Rob is runner-up with

"When Donald Trump arrived in England, he had expected a slightly bigger crowd to meet him..."

and Pete is the winner (by a nanometre) with

"Sorry to bother you, Captain, but I seem to have trapped my finger!"

Over to you then, Pete.
