Play about the Lone Piners

I know some of you are fellow Lone Piners fans, so you might be interested in this: http://www.pentabus.co.uk/lone-pine-club-alice-birch" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Church Stretton would be the venue I'd choose if I were over there! :)

Me too! Incidentally, I 'shared' the post from the MSS Facebook page on the EBS page as I thought people (who sadly, don't visit this site) might be interested.

We stayed in Bishop's Castle in 2013 and visited Church Stretton and other LP locations. Shropshire is a wonderful county and thanks to Malcolm Saville's introductions in his books, there is no need to speculate where his locations were set.

I would choose the Carding Mill valley as well if I could. I've been there before and also to Clun, Ludlow and Craven Arms. Nigel is right, Saville "placed" his books so well, it feels as if you are walking into the stories when visiting the locations.
