It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Absolutely, Rob! It's been long overdue. I just hope the penny has finally dropped & the Dorset County Council realise it's good for tourism! There are plenty of folk who visit Dorset every year solely for the Blyton connections! :D
The Dorset mag looks fab! I'll order my copy online, as well. :D

Looks great, thanks for showing it to us Tony. I guess they chose the Wonderful Time cover because Faynights Castle as drawn by Eileen Soper does bear a strong resemblance to Corfe Castle. I shall also order it online.

No, I meant ordering a copy for myself, which I have done! If I don't like the article, it's not a huge expense for just one magazine.

I wouldn't mind hearing Tony's own verdict on it, but as he hasn't been forthcoming, I didn't want to sound like I was nagging...

I bought Country Life Magazine and the Dorset one, so I could make up my own mind. If I don't really think much of the articles, the magazines will still be good for in my Blyton collection! I have most of the 'Book & Magazine Collector' issues that are about EB too, and other articles from papers and magazines, so it will all add to my collection! :-D

My husband ordered one for me last night, only £ 8,45 with overseas shipping included :)!
But it most likely won't get here before we'll go to France.

What would interest me the most: how many pages long is the article on the FF?

I don't think its been mentioned how long the article is...but the Famous Five article in 'Country Life Magazine' is four pages. :-)
