Pleasures and Pastimes

I am hoping that someone will be able to help as I have had the following enquiry in an email:-
When I was a child (born in 1969) I used to have an Enid Blyton book at home called Pleasures and Pastimes. It was a green flowered cover (a bit like flocked wallpaper) and some of the short stories in it were Nibblenose, The Proud Foxglove and Mr and Mrs Snipkin (a story about stealing goosberries from a witches garden!).
I think it may have been a school library book, so possibly only available to teachers/schools?
I have searched everywhere for this book but to no avail. Can you shed any light on it please.
I have not heard of either the book title or any of the three stories and I am pretty confident that they are not by Enid Blyton, but I am always ready to learn something new.
Perhaps it is ringing a bell with someone!
