Congrats, Eddie! (that's what comes of participating in so many word game threads!! ;-) )

I see I'm getting near there myself! :-D

Eddie has now had the pleasure of reaching that 3 times (I think)! We were culled for the second time a week or so ago, meaning I am now looking forward to a second arrival at that score! I got there the first time on new year's day! And yes Rob, it was the culling of the word threads that reduced our scores. I must say I was a bit horrified to see by how many my post number went down. Meaning I was horrified at how many times I had contributed to those threads!

Thanks, Rob and Daisy. :D

You're quite right, Daisy. It is my third time if reaching 10,000 posts. Like you, I was rather horrified to see how many times I had contributed to the word game threads!

Well done, Eddie. I'm afraid I don't look at my post count numbers, so I don't even know what the number was before pruning.

I've just looked at my word posting, have I missed 10,000?

Indeed you will Pete! You might have quoted a bit more than the first 5 words though! " I got there the first time on new year's day" sounds much better. :)
