Re: Our good and new intentions for 2017!!
I'm looking for some John Bellairs books, to complete my collection is all, Fiona. And I was hoping that you had some, I could purchase from you. The Sophie Kinsella books, are from the Shopaholic series....?

As if I could ever do that, Anita!
And yes, I've cleared out all the Shopaholic books plus a bunch of her stand alone books. I've got them all on Kindle now so I don't really need the print books taking up space when I've read them all twice already.

The only Shopaholic book I've read, Fiona, is Shopaholic And Baby.

I know you'd rather tear them apart and gave the result as a present to (Pippa-)SteffFiona1986 wrote:As if I could ever do that, Anita!

Thank you, Anita.I'm quoting your post from that thread, Nigel, as I think it's useful for people to be able to read it here without having to go to the other topic. - Anita :

Again, I totally agree with your earlier post, Nigel — and am delighted to know the tea thread doesn't irritate you after all.

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

I have only one main resolution: to go exercise everyday and build up muscle strength so I don't make a fool of myself while rock climbing.
For me, the best thing about 2017 is the sense of the unknown. At the end of '15, I knew where I was gonna be in an year. Anticipating the last few months of school, studying for my exams, trekking, etc. This time around, I have NOOOO idea, even about which side of the globe I'm gonna be on. I find that both exciting and intimidating at the same time.

In 2017, I plan to get better at biology and physics. I'm already improving in physics, due to my wonderful wonderful teacher, but I need to keep up my progress! But with biology, I used to be good, and then my teacher retired and we got a new rubbish one...
Also, do more than 10 sit ups without getting worn out. I'm definitely not unhealthy or unfit, I just do not have any core muscles! Also, I'd to actually have the muscle to suit one of my nicknames (Abs)
