Cadbury goes back to the mid to late 1960's when my parents took me once in a while to the Lueneburger Heide (Heath) for a hiking trip and stopped in some little village to buy a Cadbury bar.
I was delighted when I found it over here (and of course bought it on all UK vacations).
It still tastes better than Hershey.

and Twix with peanut butter are both equally delicious. They only sell them at the gas station over here, so I usually get them when I re-fuel. I haven't seen them on our trip to Germany, that's why I assume that you cannot get them in the UK.
