If you see someone looking at you with interest in any of your meetings, it will certainly be me!
I would love to have the pleasure of meeting you one day. You are lovely people!

Re: Golden Wedding Anniversary - the Muirs
Thank you so much, John. It will be great to see you again at the next EBS gathering when we'll have the opportunity to catch up with all our news, especially the rock 'n' roll items. I really do have some very special friends here on this website and I'm so glad to be a part of it.Lucky Star wrote:I second all of the comments in the last few posts. I have had the pleasure of meeting Eddie many times and look forward to seeing him again in a couple of months time.
I also look forward to his next 10,000 posts.

I can also vouch that Eddie and his lovely wife are two of the kindest, politest persons that Erika and I have met. Thank you for the e-mails recommending various music CD's he knows I am interested in. We may be at odds though if Sheffield Wednesday meet Brighton in the forthcoming play offs.

Re: Golden Wedding Anniversary - the Muirs
Thank you for your very kind words, John. Chick and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting you and Erika at Beaconsfield last October and we look forward to seeing you both again at the next EBS gathering in July. It's good to be in regular contact via email and to share our interest in music of the fifties and sixties. Great stuff!
As you say, we may be at odds if Brighton meet Sheffield Wednesday in the forthcoming play offs. It really is getting to be an exciting end to the season. Brighton had a great home win against Fulham last night (5-0) and Wednesday drew 1-1 with Ipswich today. Sadly, Kidderminster's relegation was confirmed today and West Brom were beaten at home by lowly Watford.
Thank you, Chrissie. I hope I'll be able to produce another 10,000 posts.
Thank you, María Esther.

It would be more of a worry if they didn't.

Don't bank on it. I'm sure you'd find something about you that you didn't like.Moonraker wrote:I wish I could meet me. I'm sure we'd get on like a house on fire.
