Aww, thank you all so much for the lovely Birthday messages! I feel guilty because I haven't posted that much in all your Birthday threads this year, just because I haven't been checking in quite as often lately, however I do still pop in from time to time, and it was really lovely to read all your messages just now. So again, thanks very much! It's really kind of you all to still think about me when I hardly ever post now.

Also, yeah it's great to be 16! So many things to look forward to, like leaving school, starting college and finally being able to get a Saturday job!

Good luck with everything you do, Poppy. In as early as ten years time or maybe more, you will come back to your old favourite author i.e. Enid Blyton with fond memory of the past! It's an inevitable cycle. Just hold on and keep your Enid Blyton collection. You may need them in the future.

Thanks Sixret Yeah, I'm sure I'll come back to Enid Blyton one day, and I've still got a fairly large collection of Blyton books boxed up in our attic, although I did get rid of all my duplicates late last year.
