What Are You Doing Now?
What Are You Doing Now?
I've had enough of staring at women's underwear and clothing. We're in Westfield Stratford with our niece, it's our treat for her birthday. I've left them to it and have found a seat where I can browse away with my iPad. Bliss at last.

Currently I am typing on a laptop
If I could live here on this secret island always and always and always, and never grow up at all, I would be quite happy

Simon, who works for Westfield, has suggested I go to the Tap East Bar. I'm in heaven. Dark Star beer is much better than ladies wear!

I'm currently looking up train times, bus routes etc. for my trip to Battersea next week. Got the train tickets this morning, now trying to work out which trains I need to catch so I can meet up with someone at Victoria, before finishing my journey. I've already worked out I can get a bus from Battersea to the flat in Chelsea where Enid Blyton lived - only takes 15 minutes, so should easily get there and back again in the two hours.
Nigel, I hate clothes shopping too, in fact your pint sounds almost appealing!

Still trialling other writers, but will eventually go back to reading a bit of Blyton! Just too many books...
Occasionally will pop in! xx

Just installed a new hard drive in my main computer, so I can back up what I want to keep. Reinstalling everything from scratch, is something I hate, aplenty.
I wonder if Icecream has come back....

Collapsed on the sofa after a long drive, waiting for dinner and watching Thunderbirds.
"You're so sharp you'll cut yourself one day!" Hunchy said going to the door
"So my Mother told me that when I was two years old!" said Julian and the others giggled.

Waiting for my tea to cook so I can eat it and then go out to see the new Bond film.
"It's the ash! It's falling!" yelled Julian, almost startling Dick out of his wits...
"Listen to its terrible groans and creaks!" yelled Julian, almost beside himself with impatience.

Whaaattt? I cannot think of anything more boring than that! You'd have to put a gun to my head to induce me to do that.Moonraker wrote:I've had enough of staring at women's underwear and clothing.
Was it interesting to begin with - or did you have to tag along?
Regards, Michael.

I am very happy as we have just broken up for the half term holidays and I have just finished tearing about the whole house shouting 'Yipee!'
Sounds like you have had an interesting day Moonraker...

I suppose that might depend on whether the underwear is being worn, and by whom!MJE wrote:I cannot think of anything more boring than that!Moonraker wrote:I've had enough of staring at women's underwear and clothing.
