Winter is a good time to visit down south. Enjoy your trip to New Orleans with Andre and Cody, Chrissie! :D

Have a good trip and a lovely Thanksgiving Chrissie :D .

Gosh I can't believe it's nearly that time of the year again, saying Happy Thanksgiving to you and I wished a couple of my customers Merry Christmas yesterday as I won't see them now before next January  . Where has the year gone? Most people say things pass them by in a haze of booze, but in my case it's a blurry haze of books!

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Is it very quiet?! I must say I haven't noticed! I thought it was quite busy lately! :-D
Well, according to my Hotmail inbox it is quiet as I'm only following a few threats on EBS.

The day I find the EBS most quiet is Sundays. Obviously that's our day of rest from the forums!

hearts mad delight,
Sing on, sing on, and when the sun is gone
I'll warm me with your echoes
through the night.'

Why? Are there any new FF, R or Adventure series threats, Daisy? :o
Whenever I go into new postss, I usually only see a handful of threats which I don't follow.
A kingdom for more time...then I could follow more threats.

We'll spend Thanksgiving with my lovely stepdaughter who teaches at Tulane University.
It's a good thing that EBS is very quiet right now as I have no time to participate.
Will catch up again after 25th of November.
Hope Thanksgiving is wonderful and you get to hear some jazz in New Orleans? I've read a lot about that lovely place mainly in Frances Parkinson Keyes work, hope you have a fabulous time!

Hi floragord, thank you! 8)
We look forward to hear some jazz on Bourbon Street and also plan to go into the House of Blues which supposedly was founded by John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd (sp?) and a few musicians.
Have to look up Frances Parkinson Keyes.
