Thank you all for your good wishes, Anita, Daisy, Sue, Rob and Tim. It's a lovely morning so far. We'll go out to an Italian restaurant on Saturday to celebrate when my husband has more time. He works long hours.

BTW as a birthday present I've received nothing EB related, but the German translation (hardcovers) of Stieg Larsson's Millenium Trilogy.

Thank you so much, John!
I haven't checked the Puffin Cam in weeks!
The giant rabbit is in the middle of the screen right now. It's slowly getting dark on Burhou Island.

Dear Francis, I'm very touched. :D
Thank you for taking the time to send me birthday wishes. 8)
We are looking forward to hopefully meet you and Izzy in May 2018 on the way up to Scotland.
Maybe we could meet at the house where Nicholas Owen (hope I remembered his name properly?) created several priest holes? I often think about your fascinating posts on that topic, but forgot the name of the place and the county where it's located. If it's anywhere between London and the Yorkshire Dales, we could visit it and meet you two there.

I'll have to do some research Chrissie as I have forgotten! Be great to see you both.

Francis, I might find it in one of the Famous Five Annual Guides (the older ones without Soper illustrations).
I will check, too.
