I don't think it has even got the cloth board cover, it is in terrible condition. Undoubtedly a genuine signature where it has the name Janet, but I am not sure what is meant by the Annual Enid Blyton Fair - surely not the EB Day! If the seller paid £45 for this they have been robbed!!

It would surely be worth having for the signature? I wouldn't mind it though I couldn't afford nearly £40 for it.

I see that bidding has ended on this item. Does anyone know what it finally reached?

Saw this and couldn't find it in the cave. I only recognise two characters, (Bom & Saucepan man ) anybody know the others.

It's so frustrating - eBay is blocked on my work computer. I can get on Facebook and these forums and Pinterest and even Buzzfeed but not eBay for some reason. I will have to take a look later (if I remember).

That Giant Tiddley Winks game looks interesting, Su. Are the other two characters perhaps Silky and Mr. Whiskers from the Faraway Tree series?

I think you're right. But it could also be Mr. Whatizname?

Journey Through Fairyland is a game I've always wanted to own, as its the very first EB board game that ever came out in the 1940's...but - I'm being a bit picky - I would want the box too!! ;-)

I've seen only the board for sale for much more than £9.99 though - at least this has the cards with it too! 8)

It's a shame the table cloth never sold...I'm very tempted, lol!

I am not sure why this isn't in the Cave as I certainly have it (I have just checked to make sure I wasn't imagining things!), I will have to see if it fits on my scanner, possibly not which would explain why it isn't there!!

Update: Two reasons, it is too big for my scanner and there is no date on it, which the Cave needs. It is a Bestime product and with Bom on it probably comes from the late 50s or early 60s. According to my post-it note inside I bought it for £8 at a toy fair at Sandown Racecourse near London on August 14th 1999!! I think the other two characters are Silky and the Angry Pixie but I am not sure why Bom is visiting them.
