As far as I know there are browsers that enable you to download whole pages - or at least enabled you to.

It is always nice to see a link on another author website, but I was a bit puzzled by a link to our website on the Malcolm Saville Society website:-

One of Saville's contemporaries, Enid Blyton was a prolific writer of children's books with over 600 titles to her credit. Andre Jarvis' site brings you lashings of Blyton information including details of the Enid Blyton Society.

Andre Jarvis last had a Journal 15 years ago and he left the Society a few years before this website even existed - yet apparently this is his website!

I don't even remember him!

hearts mad delight,
Sing on, sing on, and when the sun is gone
I'll warm me with your echoes
through the night.'

No, probably not with the imdb as they don't have virusses or make you use cookies.
Yeah, I meant in general, if this were to happen with all websites.

Whoever is Andre Jarvis?

I seem to remember that Andre Jarvis had an Enid Blyton website years ago (it was very basic) and wrote one or two articles for the Journal.

Ah, God bless the Malcolm Saville Society. Updates are a dirty word! I trust you updated them, Tony! :)

Edit: As a member of the Malcolm Saville Society, I have contacted the webmaster and he has replied and said he will correct and update the link.

Never too young to start loving Blyton.

Oddly enough, it was someone who took the trouble to fill in her profile and add an avatar and signature, but never logged in after the day after she joined and never posted anything. :|

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

The ways of the interwebs appear strange at times with people literally just signing up and never being heard of since having seen it at a site I moderated for a period.

Well, I'd certainly like to meet this child!

On an unrelated topic though, my Sanskrit exam is finally over, and I'll never have to touch anything related to that language again! I'm currently over the moon about that!! :D :D
