Dorothy Wheeler Original Illustrations

Post by sweeper »

I have 8 original pencil illustrations by Dorothy M Wheeler & am trying to identify which book if any they appeared in. I'm pretty sure they were intended for an Enid Blyton book. Characters include a bear, a Golly,
a donkey & a Noddy type character. A Bag of Coal is also featured!
It doesn't seem possible to post images here but if anyone is willing to provide an email address I would be very pleased to send some images. I would love to be able to identify the relevant book.

It is possible to post images on the forums, but not directly, but you are welcome to send them to me if you want - tony@enidblytonsociety.co.uk No guarantees, but I might know where they are from if it is indeed an Enid Blyton book.

Hi Tony I am just wondering if any of my emails with the Illustrations got through to you? I have had messages which suggest they might not. I have tried several times.
