Not related to Facebook, but a couple of weeks ago, on an app called Yik Yak, which I describe as anonymous Twitter based on location, I asked if there were any Enid Blyton readers in my area. I thought it would be unlikely since Americans tend not to have heard of her, but two people responded in the affirmative! One of them turned out to be a girl I already was acquainted with. We spent much of the following week discussing our favourite books over Facebook!
