Just read and digest this page. What a legend you are, Tony. In just over five weeks you have done so much. Words fail me.

I think the appropriate words might be - 'Get a Life!'

I suppose you want to get a life once you've finished it and hurry therefore - when do you think you will have managed it? ;-)

A life of Blyton has got to be good. :D Tony's hard work has made this website one of the best literary sites on the net.

Hey, :) where would we be without you, Tony!

Only wish I had a big enough Blyton collection to be able to contribute the occasional review, *not mentioning scans*, but alas...... :(

Even small additions to a website take quite a bit of time. I suspect that a lot of midnight oil has been burnt. :D

I had no idea that so much was added to the site in such a short span of time till I discovered the updates page.
Three cheers for Tony.

Still plenty more to do, Wolfgang, the task could be endless! One of the things that I would like to add is the German first editions to the Famous Five Series as I think they are attractive covers. I have one or two poor scans mostly taken from German ebay, but I need some good scans from someone. For an example I am showing Five Go Off in a Caravan.

Perhaps you know a German collector who can help?

Hi Tony,
I'm sorry I don't know any collectors, but maybe the creators of the German Famous Five website can help you out. I just checked their homepage, they collect and show all kinds of covers and I saw the old covers of the first two books I checked out.

Best wishes,
Wolfgang

I wonder who wrote this Wikipedia article? Word for word has been copied from this website - is that even allowed?

I would imagine that it can only be good publicity, so wouldn't think we would wish to sue! I would say it was someone we know, but can assure you it wasn't me!
