Secret Island, Spiggy Holes and Moon Castle £20

Post by Rob Houghton »

For anyone wanting early copies of these books, this is a bargain! The Secret Island 1946 in partial dust wrapper, Spiggy Holes - no dust wrapper - 1946 and Moon Castle first ed 1953 but only with a copy wrapper.

However, still good value, considering how hard it is to find these books, and especially The Secret Island.

£20 or make an offer.

Nice one Rob. They didn't hang around long! Glad someone got a bargain.

Trouble is, these things always seem to come up at night - so notifying people on here is a bit of a waste of time, lol. I don't think many of us are 'night owls' ;-) Shame if no one off here benefited from them - but I'm hoping they went to a good home, as you say, not someone who will want to resell them for £80 + each.
