The Enid Blyton Story - Bob Mullan

Post by Rob Houghton »

Well worth having if you don't have it - and a very good price too - (£5.00 plus £3.50 postage)

Its a large annual-sized book, with lots of illustrations. Much of the information is taken from other books, but its still a great book to own.

'Oh voice of Spring of Youth
hearts mad delight,
Sing on, sing on, and when the sun is gone
I'll warm me with your echoes
through the night.'

It is well worth having! I was lucky enough to buy a secondhand copy in near mint condition for £1 more than 25 years ago. :D
'Go down to the side-shows by the river this afternoon. I'll meet you somewhere in disguise. Bet you won't know me!' wrote Fatty.

I bought a copy last year (though I'd borrowed one from the library previously) and it cost £10 - so you had a real bargain, Eddie! :-D
