This isn't a Banshee Towers First Edition (sorry  ), but it's obviously an extremely rare offering by Enid that I don't think I'd ever heard of before, rather in line with The Rhubarb Mystery (see above) or Five on Kitten Island Again... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/7-mystery-boo ... ... Has anyone else here read the Five Find Otters series??

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Must be a nature series!

Five Find Otters sounds more like a Famous Five book...

I am sure lager drinkers could well enjoy this, Courtenay. But you should know me better than suggest that one to me!

Far better sink a few of these:

I love the glass, too! :-)

I much prefer beer/ale to lager. Mild is really my favourite. :-)

Now come on, Nigel, you know I'm not a beer drinker myself. It was an entirely innocent mistake.

Anyway, you're not suggesting the Five should follow the Tarka Line Rail Ale Trail while they're finding otters, are you — this is starting to sound like a plot for one of those "adult" versions... :P

Yes, it would appear even more so had I used a subject title that sprang (innocently) to mind.

Bought a facsimile dustjacket so it would match the other books on my shelf.
At £7, the wrapper cost me £1 more than the book!

Many thanks to the very kind forum member who procured the book on my behalf - I am most appreciative!
